Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, all of our estimates are free of charge. One of our experienced fence estimators can visit your job site & provide different options for you to choose from.

Do you offer fence repairs?

Yes, no project is too big or too small. Call us today for a free fence repair estimate. We can repair your wind-damaged fence or replace rotting posts. We can haul away your existing or damaged fence.

We also offer preventative maintenance by fixing your leaning fence before the wind damages your fence further.

Do you offer fence services in the Reno/ Sparks area?

What types of fences do you offer?

We offer wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, iron fences, wire fences, dog kennels, fence fittings/ parts & fence tools. We also offer automatic gates as well as temporary fences for your construction site or special event. Ask us about our target stands.

What type of fence should I have installed?

Depending on your location, configuration, county or HOA rules, or the need of your fence will determine what type of fence you should invest in. Call us today to set up a free estimate. One of our expert fence estimators can help make suggestions on the type of fence you need.

Is there a warranty included with my fence project?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on our workmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our vinyl fence materials. We also back up any manufacture's warranties on our other fence materials.

How do you dig post holes?

Most of our post holes are dug by hand with post hole diggers. We do have heavy equipment for larger projects.

Do you set posts in concrete?

Yes, we set all of our posts in concrete; excluding t-posts.

How deep do you set posts in concrete?

Most of our posts are set 2' deep in an 8" to 10" diameter post hole. Some gate posts can be set at 3' to 4' deep.

Do you work through the winter?

Yes, here at Florence Fence we pride ourselves on customer service. We stride to complete our fence projects even in the winter months. We do not remove large amounts of snow, as long as the ground is clear we can install your fence regardless of the time of the year. We guarantee our fence please give us a call for a free estimate even in the dead of winter or the hot summer months.

Do you have to be home or present at the time of the fence installation?

No, you shouldn't need to be home while we are working on your fence project. One of our experienced superintendents will meet with you before the project begins to go over the fence installation. Our superintendent will then show our fence installers what needs to be done. If you do have dogs or other animals that need to be contained while we complete our work, we do ask for your assistance to keep them in a safe or secured area.

Do we need a fence permit to install a fence?

Depending on your location a fence permit may be needed to complete the work. You can submit for a fence permit with the "building department" within the city you are located in. We can also help assist with the fence permit process, we do charge a small administrative fee on top of the fence permit fee the building department charges. Give us a call if you have any fence permit questions.

What is the height requirement of our fence?

Most front yard fences are to be no taller than 4'tall. Most backyard fences are to be no taller than 6'tall. Commercial fence is available in taller heights.

Do you offer fence materials only?

Yes, we offer fence materials for wholesale to the public. Visit our showroom off Johnson Lane in Minden, Nevada. We can offer different fence material options for you. We will help to lay out your job to figure out all the parts & materials needed to complete your fence project. Let us know if you need help measuring for your fence project.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, credit card (including Visa & Mastercard) & money order or a cashier's check.

Are you licensed, bonded & insured?

Yes, we have all the current licenses and regulations to conduct business in Nevada & California.
